Nice to meet you.

Hi. Let’s call me Rae. It’s not my legal name, but who wants to use their legal name to blab about their chronic health conditions, or the chronic health conditions of their children and other family members. I’ll be writing about caring for a child with type 1 diabetes. I’ll also be writing about loving others who manage depression, anxiety, terminal cancer, multiple sclerosis and more. Of course I will share stories about my own health conditions and how I manage to find joy and hope each day.

I know a lot about type 1 diabetes, a good amount about other types of diabetes, more than I care to know about depression and anxiety, and too much about ADHD. I can try to answer a question and I am always willing to listen to another travelers story. Drop me a line.
